Shipping Policy

• Please allow 2-4 business days for processing orders and after that, you will then be notified about the confirmation of order shipment/dispatch.

• For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

• Please note that by selecting untracked shipping you understand that a package may be lost in transit by the carrier. We will not be responsible or liable for this loss, as you have foregone the option to ship your package tracked and insured.  
  
  
• Any additional shipping fees, including, but not limited to duties and customs, are the responsibility of the customer. 

 

• We are not liable for incorrect information given to us when shipping information is asked at the checkout point. If the shipping address provided is not correct we are not required to refund you. As a customer, you are responsible to make sure all shipping information is accurate before finalizing your order.

• All unclaimed / un-deliverable parcels that are returned back to us will be shipped back at the customer's own expense. 

• Lucia Swim is not liable if your parcel is stolen or damaged if you requested safe drop or wrote a delivery instruction to leave your parcel unattended. This includes communal apartment mailrooms, front porch's, doorsteps, etc...
